FENWAY BOWL (UCONN V UNC) 27-14

/

The Fenway Bowl kicked off with me attending the Pre-Game Conference, where both coaches and players were in attendance. Naturally, the elephant in the room was Coach Belichick’s move to UNC, but that was quickly shut down with, “We are going to stick to game day questions.” Both coaches were very strategic in how they approached the bowl, but UCONN, from the start, was the underdog.

FanBowl Family Day and more added to the excitement. Fenway Park opened early as 8AM to welcome fans from all over to watch UCONN take on UNC. I would say UCONN showed up and out but UNC took over the stands as well. Watching the teams warm up in the rain was clearly nothing new to both as they did it with ease.
